TROPICAL STORM HAGIBIS (LANDO) MOVING AWAY FROM PALAWAN...HEADS FOR
SOUTHERN VIETNAM.

+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: HAGIBIS is expected to continue tracking Westward
for the next 2 days and intensify slightly reaching forecast wind speeds
of 100 km/hr - as it approaches the Southern Coast of Vietnam Friday
evening. It shall make landfall over Southern Vietnam, passing very close
to Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday evening, Nov 24. It shall then dissipate
before reaching Cambodia. 

+ EFFECTS: HAGBIS' large rain circulation is now over the Southern China
Sea and is no longer affecting Palawan...however scattered rains with
winds not exceeding 55 km/hr will still prevail over the Island today.

effects & current monsoon intensity, and tropical cyclone watch changes 
every 06 to 12 hours!

A 200956Z WINDSAT (36GHZ) IMAGE REVEALS AN IMPROVING LOW LEVEL
CIRCULATION CENTER JUST TO THE EAST OF PALAWAN. THE SYSTEM
HAS SLOWED CONSIDERABLY AS IT RE-CONSOLIDATES AND INTERACTS WITH
PALAWAN.
