CIMARON (PAENG) HAS WEAKENED INTO A TROPICAL STORM DUE TO
THE ENTRAINMENT OF DRY, COOL AIR INTO ITS CIRCULATION...
DRIFTING SOUTHWESTWARD.

+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: CIMARON is expected to continue drif-
ting Southwesterly for the next 24 to 48 hours and dissi-
pate over the open seas
. 

+ EFFECTS: The system's circulation has shrunked over the
open waters of the South China Sea
.

TER HAS DECOUPLED FROM THE REMAINING DEEP CONVECTION AND
IS TRACKING SLOWLY SOUTHWESTWARD..
