TYPHOON YAGI (16W) STARTS TURNING EXTRATROPICAL.
+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: YAGI is expected to turn Northeastward
for the next 24 to 36 hours & becomes an Extratropical Cyclone.
+ EFFECTS: Only the typhoon's Outermost Bands are affecting
the Coastal areas of Eastern Honshu. Dangerous storm tides
with large battering waves will prevail along the coastal
areas of Kyushu, Japan tonight & tomorrow...Coastal Storm
Surge flooding of greater than 9 to 12 feet is most likely
to occur near YAGI's core.
